Non-Custome Made Products
For non-custom made products, It normally takes 1-4 days for us to get products from warehouse and complete package consolidation. After that, we will send out the orders out through our logistics network and it will take another 6-10 days to reach your door. The actual delivery time also depends on the time spent on custom clearance, based on our statistics 92% of the orders will arrive in 2 weeks, the rest are 3-5 days earlier or later. Expedited shipping option is also available ,it normally takes 3-5 days.
Custom Made Products-Such As According to The Picture You Send Us
For custom made clothing, the processing time very much depends on the complexity of the item as well as our workload. The processing time ranges from 12-15 days. Shipping time is the same as non-custome made products.
We will send you photos of the item for you to review and suggest alterations. Also we offer an alteration credit of up to $50 to put towards local tailoring if the item received requires adjustments.
For certain products, e.g, custom made item or products produced on demand , the processing date will vary. The delivery time also will be vary according to your country.
Chinese holiday reminder: During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day (October 1) and Chinese New Year, services from certain suppliers and couriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 4-7 days.
We only accept returns if there are obvious quality problems which exclude size problems, color problems, and wrong shipping times.

For custom-made products, we can not accept any returns, please find a professional tailor to measure you and keep fit. But we can revise it for you if you can pay for shipping back fee.
For standard size wigs, if there are any size problems, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it on the ground and place a tape ruler to measure out the problem. Customers shall submit the photographs to [email protected] and our customer service may have the designated personnel to deal with the dispute and a reply will be offered within 24 hours.
1. Contact our Customer Service within 24 hours after your receiving the orders. Include a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.
2. Once Customer Service has approved your request, they will send you a confirmation email with a Product Return Form attached. Please submit the Product Return Form to us and write the Document# on the bill when you return the item. Please kindly inform us the Tracking No. and inquiring website of the Express in time for us to tracing.
3. We will refund you within 3-5 working days once we receive and confirm the package. If the order is not kept originally, we won't refund but return back.
